Summer time is the perfect time to head outside on a photo adventure and snap some great shots for this week’s photo contest. For this week’s contest is focused on one of our most popular FXs, Magic Hour.

The theme is completely open, so get creative! Head out onto the beach and take some summer sunset shots, lay in the grass and expriment with cloud shots, or grab your best friend and do some portraits by the pool.

Or, if you are like me, busy working indoors all summer, furiously tapping away on your laptop while the sun squeezes through the blinds, causing you to squint your eyes and feel the deep pangs of regret for not paying an extra $150 for the anti-glare screen… there is always food photography or creative macros of your gadgets.

This week’s contest theme: Magic Hour

Photos must be taken with the iPhone using the Camera+ app using the Magic Hour FX (in the Color FX panel) and shared on the Campl.us site using the Share button in the Lightbox.

Here are the contest details:

1. Follow @mostlylisa on Twitter.
2. Share your photos from Camera+ by selecting the picture and tapping “Share” below your image, then selecting “Share on Twitter”. Make sure to include the hashtag #MagicHour in your tweet so I can contact you if you win!
3. The contest ends Sunday August 14th, 2011 at midnight PST.

There is no restriction to the number of entries, so feel free to enter as many pictures as you like. I will announce the winner on Monday, August 15th, 2011.
