Mostly Lisa Photo Contest of the Week: Springtime
Happy Mother’s Day! It is a gorgeous day here in NYC and although I haven’t seen many flowers in this concrete jungle, I’m convinced that spring has finally arrived. In honour of my favourite season, I present this week’s photo contest: Springtime.
This week’s contest theme: Springtime
What about spring inspires you? Capture all the beauty springtime has to offer — budding flowers, green grass, sunshine, new life, new beginnings, fresh rain, baby ducklings, golden light…
Photos must be taken with the iPhone using the Camera+ app and shared on the Campl.us site using the Share button in the Lighbox.
Here are the contest details:
1. Follow @mostlylisa on Twitter.
2. Share your photos from Camera+ by selecting the picture and taping “Share” below your image, then selecting “Share on Twitter” — make sure to include the hashtag #springtime in your tweet so I can find you.
3. The contest ends Friday May 13th, 2011 at midnight PST.
There is no restriction to the number of entries, so feel free to enter as many pictures as you like! I will announce the winner on Saturday, May 14th, 2011.
This week’s winner will receive a $100 iTunes gift card!

Agos makes a good point; the post needs to be updated.
I posted my #springtime photo today.
I enjoy the tools in Camera+, but I must say that there should be a help/FAQ section in the app and/or on the site.
Example: I cannot figure out how to create a thread of photos (like others do) on the Camera+ site. Are we actually required to tweet every time we want to send a photo to Cam+?
